The Cabell's Mill Community Fall Yard Sale will be held on
Saturday, August 20, 2011, from 8am to 1pm. The rain date will be Saturday,
August 27, 2011.
Fall Yard Sale. We are hoping that this will encourage people who have gone
through their kids clothes over the summer to put them out for other families to
buy for school clothing.
Spring Yard Sale. Get all of the clutter out
of your house (and into someone else's!).
Participants in the yard sale should hold the sale in their
own yards or with neighbors, but not in the common area near the intersection of Cabell's Mill
Drive and Cabell's Mill Drive. This includes the common property on both
sides of the street. If you hang up signs please make sure to remove the
sign and the nail/post when you close up shop.
The Association’s A-frame sign will be
posted to announce the sale, and advertisements have been placed in the local
newspapers immediately to help get people to our community.
New residents may not be aware that these yard sales have
been going on for quite a few years. Be prepared for many visitors!
